This position is located in our Quincy, MA office.
This candidate will be hired at the right level depending on their background and skill set.
Key Responsibilities Timely completion of all case activities effectively in order to maximize claim recovery.
Negotiate liability and damage settlements with other insurance carriers.
Inputs and retrieves information using the automated claims system, requests checks, form letters and other correspondence through the automated claim system.
Daily navigation and management of E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums, Inc.
Prepare well written contentions for arbitration filings when liability and/or damages are in dispute.
Navigate and document multiple systems.
Provides information to all interested parties, including the local agents, by answering routine questions regarding the status of the claim.
Maintain claim files and document claim file activities in accordance with established procedures.
Will successfully complete all required in-house training.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Requirements Some work experience in Claim or insurance experience desirable.
Some work experience in Claim Work Station, Arbitration Forms and ESubro desirable but not required.
Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task.
Strong negotiations skills.
Effective writing skills.
Will successfully complete all required in-house training and completion of AIC 30 Course and Exam.
Desired candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors Degree, or equivalent related work experience.
This career opportunity starts at a minimum of $24.
00 per hour or more, depending on skills and work experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
