Responsibilities:
Position
Summary:
Support the Waste and Recycling reporting and analysis process for Sustainable Retailing:
Including global and local requirements (data consolidation for food waste, food donated, cardboard, plastic, Supply Chain recycling and waste disposed in landfills and incinerators).
Prepare operational reporting identifying progress against current year targets through periodic scorecards and quarterly summaries.
Principle Duties and
Responsibilities:
Facilitates Waste and Recycling reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) with significant data manipulation.
Assessing and mitigating quality control issues in a manual environment.
Prepare estimates for missing data in both the period and quarterly reporting process Produce Operational Scorecards and ad hoc reporting to drive Brands towards zero waste, a 50% reduction in food waste and targeted food donations.
Assist in the expansion of SR reporting to include E-commerce, manufacturing facilities and shift to an internal distribution model.
Assist with the expansion of the Feeding America donation program ensuring stores are working with agency partners by successfully reducing food waste and increasing the pounds of food donated.
Support US reporting leads with Internal/External audit reviews of waste and recycling data.
Support the annual long-term goal forecasting process.
Create effective tools and automate the data collection process to improve the accuracy of the reporting.
Experience:

years Skills:
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Ability to work independently in executing tasks.
Sustainable Retailing experience preferred in the areas of food and zero waste initiatives.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills with ability to work cross functionally.
Education:
