Digital Marketing Manager (Quincy, MA)

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who has a strong background in Program and/or Project Management.
This Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing various digital enhancement and optimization programs/projects to drive customer engagement, conversions, and overall business growth.
He / She will guide the development and implementation of key digital initiatives within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have an Agile methodology background.
This is a hybrid opportunity located in Quincy, MA What you will be doing:
Lead and manage digital marketing programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
Implement and champion Agile methodologies within the digital marketing team, transitioning from traditional project management practices to Agile principles to improve project efficiency and adaptability.
Oversee and guide the execution of web and mobile optimization projects, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to enhance customer experiences and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align digital marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and efficient resource allocation.
Manage a team of digital marketing project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their potential and contribute to the team's success.
Understand stakeholder goals and translate them into milestones on a digital roadmap Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans, content and architecture for new webpages, web applications and other web properties.
Manage application development lifecycle including working with third party developers to optimize UX and maintain consistent branding, assisting with app store submissions and measuring app feedback and performance to inform app strategy.
Help support the company's online sales goal through the development of optimal digital experiences.
Identify opportunities and need for UI testing and research.
Collaborate with campaign stakeholders to set up digital campaign assets such as landing pages, content and forms.
Work with web analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of website performance for new and existing features.
Bring a strategic vision to the team, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing projects and programs, regularly monitoring and reporting on their performance to stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics, to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop a frictionless online experience to promote self-service and a decrease in call volume.
Oversee and manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness.
What you should bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred 5
years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on program and project management for web and mobile optimization projects.
Knowledge of web strategies used in B2B and B2C environments to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital marketing initiatives within an Agile methodology framework.
