Jira Project Coordinator (Boston)
Insight Global is sourcing for an IT Project Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As the Project Coordinator you will be supporting the technical teams of the Eligibility and Enrollment Systems within the Health & Human Services organization at the state.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, assigning, triaging and scheduling incoming tickets from customers who are utilizing the Massachusetts Healthcare system.
You will be responsible for communicating with individuals of all levels based on the type of attention each ticket needs.
You must have a strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate significant organizational skills.
Prior experience in an IT department will be beneficial as you will be collaborating alongside a Help Desk team.

Minimum Requirements-Previous experience as an IT Project Coordinator-Strong experience utilizing JIRA for reviewing, assigning, triaging and scheduling tickets.
-Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools-Available to travel onsite to Quincy, MA if needed.
