Project Coordinator

Now hiring a Project Coordinator in Quincy!Trillium Technical is now seeking a Project Coordinator for work in Quincy, MA! Pay rate is $25-32/hr! In this vital role, the PC will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and reporting tasks throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
This position plays a significant role in improving project efficiency and providing valuable support.

Detailed list of job duties and
Responsibilities:
oProvide all administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
oSupport team productivity reporting.
oSolicit and compile the agenda for JAD sessions.
oScribe discussions and working sessions, distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner.
oArrange MS Teams meetings to support change requests and working sessions.
oMonitor the Helpdesk Queue and coordinate Helpdesk tickets from Analysis, fix and closure.
oCoordinate Helpdesk tickets transferred from other groups.
oRun weekly JIRA extracts for the production summary prior to meetings.
oAdd and update tasks and deliverables in JIRA.
oCompile the weekly development schedule scorecard and distribute documents in a timely manner.
oCoordinate meetings between the Team and business partners and take detailed meeting minutes.
oSolicit information from technical staff to close completed enhancements or defects post production.
oOrganize and upload documents.
Ensure proper approvals are in place.
oOther duties as assigned.

oProven ability to communicate verbally and in writing to both project team and stakeholders at all levels.
oKnowledge of methods and techniques of computer systems analysis and design.
oKnowledge of technical terminology, codes, and standard abbreviations.
oKnowledge of one or more of the following:
data structures, application programming, database development, or relational database theory and technology.
oAttentiveness to the timely delivery of documentation needed for milestones.
oAdept in Microsoft Office tool suite oAdept in JIRA.
oAbility to follow both oral and written instructions.
oAbility to establish rapport and deal effectively with others.
oAbility to maintain accurate records and status reporting.
oAbility to rapidly adjust to changing situations to meet emergencies or production issue resolution.
oUnderstand when it is necessary to escalate an issue to management.
oKnowledge of the principles of software development.
oDesirable if experienced in health care, subject area and/or government work.
oDesirable if experienced with the Unified Process.
oDesirable if experienced in a technical/application development environment.
