bh4 Our team is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant in the Quincy, MA area for a temporary assignment.
Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, and office experience.
Schedule:
PT, Flexible, daytime hours (between the hours of 9a-5p Monday-Friday), 3x per week, 5-6 hours per day.
Willing to be flexible with candidate availability.
Travel:
Some travel required (mileage reimbursed)
Responsibilities:
Complete administrative tasks including assisting with special projects, preparing meetings with staff and other office related tasks Answer main phone line, respond to inquiries, triage and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage outgoing and incoming mail distribution.
Manage office materials such as printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
Transport supplies between offices and/or other locations as needed.
Run errands as needed for operations Schedule meetings Draft agendas Develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials as needed Provide calendar management Maintain contact lists Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma Administrative assistant or relevant office experience Experience using Microsoft products Driver's license and reliable transportation Job Types:
