Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently - Organize and maintain files and records - Transcribe information from source documents - Create and update spreadsheets using Excel, - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned - Ensure data integrity and confidentiality Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and typing - Familiarity with pivot tables and Excel functions is a plus - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit - Must pass Criminal Background Check This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
