Summary:
The Administrative Assistant oversees and supports physicians, advanced practitioners, and administrative operations of a fertility practice.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manages clinical, research, education and non-clinical schedules for physicians and advanced practitioner team.
Coordinates care for patients- schedules appointments both within BostonIVF and at outside facilities.
Educates patients on requirements of their insurance plans and tracks receipts of referral and prior authorizations.
Obtains prior authorization for procedures scheduled at outside facilities.
Responsible for administrative preparation of patient charts prior to appointments with physicians.
Communicates clearly and effectively with all departments.
Able to adapt to meet the needs of the clinic.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrates ability to adapt, innovate, and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams.
Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Highly organized- able to prioritize and execute.
Education and
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
