Due to our growth we are seeking two new part-time (24-29 hours) Assistant Property Manager.
Opportunity to grow into full-time position exists.
Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
We're looking for someone that would describe themselves as a team player, great with communication, methodical and up for challenges.
Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work, and your ability to serve others.
Being fluent in Spanish and have some knowledge of the real estate market will help you in this job.

Assistant Property Manager Job
Responsibilities:
Supporting property manager with various administrative needs Tenant communication for rent, maintenance and other issues Entering tenant related data Recording payments Filling out RAFT applications Answering incoming phone calls Saving and scanning documents Working closely with accounting and maintenance department Finding creative approaches for tenant situations Helping with special projects Assistant Property Manager Core Competencies:
