Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technical sales - Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note:
