Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation Manager

Who we are looking forState Street seeks to recruit an Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation Manager to develop and lead a team focused on Fusion and Security Operations Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation Analysis Program.
This program will provide analysis on red team, pen testing, and other Advanced Threat related findings and perform immediate risk reduction actions, root cause analysis, and risk and controls reporting to the respective risk committees and the Head of Fusion and Security Operations.
What you will be responsible forAs Advanced Threat Operational Reporting and Remediation Manager, you will establish a framework and methodology to assess the risk of Advanced Threat findings, identify areas for immediate risk reduction, establish risk based reporting, and validation activities of remediation of Advanced Threat findings.
This role will lead a team that will oversee a broad range of Advanced Threat activities and help translate the findings into business impact and risk and opportunities to immediately reduce the risks identified.
In addition, this team will establish Risk Committee reporting for Advanced Threat and Fusion & Security Operations portfolio and other assurance activity such as reporting and measurement of control effectiveness, and design reporting for Key Performance Indicators / Key Risk Indicators.
Key responsibilities include:
Create a program that helps operationalize Advanced Threat assurance activities to enable senior leaders to understand the risk of the results and drive immediate risk reduction opportunities Establish the risk reporting framework for the in scope programs Design and implement reporting cadence and formats Develop and implement reporting channels and processes to the appropriate risk committees Establish and manage immediate risk reduction methodology and tracking Establish and manage a program performing root cause analysis of Advanced Threat assurance activities Develop methodology and framework to map key controls and Global Cyber Security Policy and Standards to Advanced Threat assurance activitiesReports to:
MD, Head of Fusion Advanced Threat What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role 15 or more years in a managerial role interacting with senior cyber security and risk management executives Expertise in preparing board reporting and risk profiles Ability to communicate with and appropriately influence all levels of managementExcellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skillsExcellent project management skills, critical thinking and attention to detailExcellent problem-solving abilities and organizational/time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up sleeves.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across lines of defense Ability to network and interact with a broad range of risk, compliance, audit teams and senior management.
Intellectually curious and willing to invest time in researching areas outside current knowledge base/skill set.
Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor s degree with 15 years relevant experience.
Subject matter expert in risk analytics methodologies, risk frameworks, and enterprise risk taxonomiesExperience interacting with financial regulatory agencies Expertise in risk and control frameworks High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary Range:
$175,000 - $287,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
