WHAT YOU LL DO We are seeking an Operations Program Manager (OPM) to own critical technology development and transition to manufacturing at scale. The OPM will own specific projects and technology areas to run feasibility studies, select approaches, and drive industrialization and manufacturing at scale. The OPM role will have broad resources and responsibility and a high impact on the business ability to deliver innovative subsea products at rates previously considered impossible. Project scoping and requirements developmentAnalysis tools - strong facility with excel, MS Project, tableau and similar tools to analyze and visualize scenarios and schedulesLeading a cross functional team to deliver results for a complex technology projectProgram planning and project managementExternal SOW writing and execution - driving external entities to complete technical scopesTech assessmentResearch and selection of the best technology solution to satisfy business requirements from the current state of the artOperations managementScaling manufacturing facilities from requirements through construction and commissioningNew product introduction - bringing products from prototype to production through engineering and operational phase gatesSupply ChainSupplier communication and engagementExperience enacting commercial terms and negotiating statements of work and product pricingLong term supply planning and forecastingUndergraduate degree in a relevant technical disciplinePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate degree in technical disciplineLean training and certificationProgram management training and certificationSALARY RANGE $140,000 - $210,000 USD AnnuallyThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
