Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to our property management team.
Accurately enter tenant-related data into our systems.
Record and track payments received from tenants.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding balances.
Efficiently schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
Liaise with vendors, including pest control and legal representatives.
Facilitate email communication with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, ensuring proper filing and scanning.
Prepare welcome letters and coordinate key distribution for new tenants.
Assist in the marketing of available apartments and communication with brokers.
Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
