Position Details (repeat this section for multiple positions)
Consultant Role/Responsibilities or Tasks on Project:
Technical Analyst Role Expectations:
o Represents the technical team in JAD sessions
o Able to identify potential technical challenges with proposed functional designs
o Provides bridge between the functional team (business SMEs) and the technical team (developers)
o Provides technical guidance to the functional and testing team
o Assists with creation of technical design documentation
o Expertise in Commonwealth and WCAG Accessibility standards
o Expertise in the Solution Architecture Design and the related components used by the technical team to build the RMVM solution
Must be able to drive problem-solving strategies for complex issues that involve cross-functional disciplines
Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL OF THE REQUIRED SKILLS
o 3-5 years experience developing Web-based applications utilizing Java technologies
o Experience with the following technologies is required: JEE, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Web Services
o Experience with Oracle Database is strongly preferred
o Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
o A minimum of 1 full life cycle custom software implementation
o Experience facilitating Joint Application Design sessions
o Experience developing screen mocks up for clients to review
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
o Strong oral and written communication skills
