Production Support Analyst- Long Term Contract!

About the Role:
This person will manage all activities for maintenance & enhancement requests, as well as small project activities, for applications that support the client's business units.
Responsibilities:
Interviews users to collect information about problems
Identifies, evaluates, & validates issues, appropriately escalating to management
Participates & provides input for problem resolution & root cause review
Develops workarounds as solutions or short-term fixes
Manages intake queues and monitors system activities
Develops and maintains all support documentation
Manages all tasks associated with project transitions
Maintains a high degree of business functional knowledge & current technologies
Provides Input into M&E budget management and business priorities
Provides information to satisfy requests from Audit & Compliance
Participates in Disaster Recovery events
Works with the business units to ensure that technical solutions comply with regulatory requirements
Qualificiations:
2
years of experience in an analyst role working in a business role using web, mainframe, or client server applications
Experience with Microsoft SQL required, XML code is a plus
Previous exposure to Web Applications and/or Client Server Applications also a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
