UX Sr Developer Role Expectations:
Establish the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements to the solution
Establish the user interface framework for the entire solution
Drive the development and communication of user interface design guidelines, patterns and libraries
Design elegant solutions to complex workflows.
Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to the usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective
Specialist with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
Develop screen mock-ups, behavioral specifications and personas
Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERD
2-5 years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, graphic design, art/creative director or similar role
An informed set of core values regarding user experience, user research, usability, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and concision.
Knowledgeable of accessibility requirements such as WCAG and Section 508.
An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into strong and unique creative vision.
Experience with Photoshop, Visio, and iRise
Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Citizenship Status: US Citizen preferred; will consider Green CardEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
