About the Job:
As part of the Customer Service team, provide exceptional Customer Service and Sales Support to all of 48HourPrints Customers via inquiries through inbound telephone calls, internet chat and email.
This is NOT a high volume call center. There is NO COLD CALLING. 90% of contact is customers needing help placing orders on the website or discussing the printing process and their order in particular. The focus is on quality of customer service not volume!
Learn about the printing industry while providing assistance to customers using our state of the art website!
Multiple daytime shifts available: 9:00-5:30, 10:30-7:00, 11:30-8:00
Duties:
Respond to inbound customer calls, chats and emails in a timely and professional manner. Average of 25 customer contacts per day
Provide outbound calling as needed to ensure proper follow-up
Collect and input accurate data into the required systems
Contribute to department objectives regarding service levels and call abandonment
Research and respond to escalated customer issues by coordinating efforts to ensure customer is completely satisfied with the resolution
Gain a strong knowledge of the printing industry and also the products and services offered by 48HourPrint.com
Follow all department and company policies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Provide a positive, professional work attitude with customers and co-workers at all times
Required skills:

Strong problem solving skills
Desire to develop and grow in a customer service environment
Strong knowledge of Windows, MS-Office tools and the internet

Experience:
Required:
o Prior Customer Service, Sales or Technical Support Experience
o Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
o Experience entering data into a call tracking system
Strongly Desired
o Prior Call Center phone/chat/email experience
o Experience/knowledge of the print industry
