Registered Sales Assistant


PRW Wealth Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and Series 7 registered Sales Assistant for our Quincy, MA office. The Registered Sales Assistant will work directly with the Wealth Management Team including the Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Advisor, and Client Relationship Manager. This person is responsible for directly communicating with high net worth clients to service their account requests and interacting with the back office to process these requests and other account issues. The Sales Assistant will also provide assistance to and coverage for the Client Relationship Manager. This role reports to the Chief Investment Officer.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for the Wealth Management Team
Maintain and update CRM system
Coordinate marketing and sales events
Provide oversight of the delivery of social media and website updates as applicable
Follow-up on client documentation and processes
Communicate with clients and assist with any requests
Maintain updated documentation and letters of authorization/ACH forms
Work with clients to produce a raving fans experience
Generate or update quarterly performance reports and other ad hoc investment reports
Handle order execution, processing and settlement of trades on client accounts across asset classes and vehicles

Primary Objectives:
Work independently and maintain high efficiency in all procedures
Respond to advisor and client requests in a timely and professional fashion
Follow-up on all assignments to ensure they are complete and accurate
Assist Client Relationship Manager as needed
Effectively use firm technology for management of client accounts

Key Measurements:
Ability to integrate into client base and build rapport
Timeliness and accurateness of completing tasks assigned
Professionalism shown in written and verbal communications to clients (including their attorneys and accountants, etc.) and all staff

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Series 7 registration is required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Assistant for a financial firm
Highly detail oriented
Strong knowledge of financial markets and industry rules and regulations
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a boutique environment
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent Customer/Client Service orientation
Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong knowledge of Morningstar Workstation and other industry tools

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
