The positions available are for full time employment which do not require cold calling. Our Company is looking for dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join our highly knowledgeable and friendly Customer Support Team. Our Customer Service Reps are energetic, highly reliable and let their interpersonal skills shine as they resolve a variety of customer inquiries. They also play a vital support role within our organization by solving problems independently and making informed decisions based on their knowledge of the products, policies and effective time management. The work environment is casual yet fast passed, and always team orientated.
Responsibilities:
o Learn and become knowledgeable of our products.
o Demonstrate ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures
o Display effective time management skills
o Promote teamwork

o Computer proficiency, keyboard and/or web navigation skills
