Seeking Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for an individual to fill our Customer Service Coordinator position. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail oriented, well-spoken with excellent communication skills both verbal and written and who will help facilitate the growth of our company. Our Customer Service Reps are energetic, highly reliable and let their interpersonal skills shine as they resolve a variety of customer inquiries.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent listening and probing ability with the ability to interpret and clarify information being provided by customers
o Strong Analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills
o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required
o Ability to work independently or with a team while possessing excellent judgment
